Before co-founding House of Hats Marketing, Tracy built and led Finalsite Advantage, a dedicated marketing consulting service within Finalsite. She created the service from the ground up, developing strategic frameworks, practical resources, and training programs to support clients. As the service grew, she mentored and trained a team of consultants, equipping them to provide expert-level guidance rooted in the strategies she developed.
